The mountain of Westendorf (785 m.) is called 'Choralpe' (1800 m). It can be reached by ski-lift. At the beginning of the ski-lift there's a weather station which gives information about wind direction, wind velocity and temperature at the starting place.

Above there are several starting-places which are all very nice and easy, a 1 minute walk from the top of the ski-lift.
- - from W to SW, during winter and summer;
- - from E to NE, beware of skiers in the winter;
- - SE, difficult because your starting in a little valley.
The landing place is very big, along the parking place, one minute from the ski-lift.
